OR pick up a paper copy of the survey from a member of the Sleeping Giants Team during their outreach sessions (see dates and times at the bottom of this page) or by requesting one from the Ethnic Minority Staff Network by emailing [email protected]. Instructions on how to return it will be included.

You can share your story more fully by talking to a member of the Sleeping Giants Team and you can book a one to one or small group interview (in confidence) by emailing [email protected] or by calling / texting 07404 314215.
You are welcome to bring a friend or colleague with you for support, and members of the Ethnic Minority Staff Network are also happy to provide this support for people who need it. Email [email protected] and they can arrange for someone to come with you.
You can also choose when and where you’d like your interview to take place and if you’d feel more comfortable being interviewed by someone from an ethnic minority, we will do our best to arrange that too. - DGRI - Monday 29th September, 12.00pm - 2.00pm. They will have a table in the Atrium and will also pop up to the Education Centre at various points.
- Mountainhall Treatment Centre (entrance hall)- Friday 10th October, 10.00am - 12.00pm.
- Midpark Hospital (entrance hall) - Friday 10th October, 12.30pm - 1.30pm.
- Galloway Community Hospital - Tuesday 21st October, 10.00am - 2.00pm (exact location to be confirmed)
