safeguarding:

An introduction to safeguarding of children, young people, and adults at risk.

This interactive training is an introduction to safeguarding of children, young people, and adults at risk.  Through this training, participants will develop a greater understanding of:  

• Who may be vulnerable within your practice-based situation 
• The types of harm which may affect vulnerable people 
• Your responsibilities and how to act on concerns of harm 
• Safe working in practice including boundaries, confidentiality, acting on and reporting concerns

Keys to Confidence:

Develop a better understanding of your confidence alongside strategies to help you build your inner confidence

Centred around six ‘keys to confidence’, this interactive training will help participants to: 

• Develop a better understanding of themselves and their own relationship with confidence, including what’s holding them back from achieving their goals 
• Develop strategies which (with time and practice) can help them to more easily access their inner confidence in different situations
